Referrals are accepted from Local authorities or other relevant groups or bodies suitable to identify the support needs of those being referred.  In order to make a referral, please complete our referral form below or contact us and request our referral template. Internally, the Unity Housing Support team will cross-reference the referral to available property stock and allocate a worker to process the application and tenants support requirements. 

The allocated worker will complete the necessary reference checks for the tenant, these can include references from local authority /charity, previous landlord, current employer, and support worker. 

Once a referral has been reviewed and initial contact and checks have been made, a member of the management team will then interview the individual referred to ensure their suitability and engagement with the provision being offered to them.
