Who We Help

We work with a wide range of clients groups, ranging in age, background and support requirements. Legacy Foundation Housing Support is proud of our inclusivity and diversity of our customer base. The groups of person most commonly referred to ourselves includes:

Those who suffer mental health difficulties
Those who have learning difficulties
Those who have a history of substance misuse
Care Leavers

Refugees and asylum seekers
Those fleeing domestic violence or discrimination in their past home

This list is not exclusive; we are open to all referrals meeting our criteria.

Unique support plan

Upon joining our service, Legacy Foundation Housing Support will work closely with our service users to provide them with a unique support plan and to support, guide and advise them throughout their journey with us.

Identifying support needs and planning for overcoming these difficulties involves; a combination of intensive work from our housing support team, and suitable signposting to other specialist support services that we work with to deliver a high quality service.
