Care Arrangement Stability
The groups of children and young people most commonly referred to our services include those subject to Child in Need or Child Protection plans, children looked after, care leavers, young people at risk of placement breakdown, those experiencing exploitation or contextual safeguarding concerns, and children presenting with complex social, emotional, behavioural, or neurodevelopmental needs. Referrals are welcomed from local authorities, multi agency safeguarding partnerships, and relevant statutory professionals in line with assessed need and agreed care planning frameworks.
