Support Through Your Tenancy Journey

A dedicated Housing Support Officer from The Legacy Foundation will partner with you for a period of up to 2 years to craft your personalised support plan and guide you through the tenant journey. This journey encompasses four stages: Pre-tenancy support, Support planning, Delivery of your support, and Evaluation of progress. This collaborative process will provide comprehensive assistance tailored to your needs, ensuring a smooth and effective transition into your new housing arrangements.

1. Pre-tenancy Support

Where possible we would like to start working with you prior to the start of your tenancy, this enables us to get to know you and for you to get to know us. We can use this time to determine what you want from the service and for us to come up with the right support prior to your journey beginning.

2. Support Planning

The allocated worker will work with you and where appropriate, other agencies to determine what your support plan would look.
We will work collaboratively with others to ensure that we are working to the same objectives and to avoid duplication.
